When I started the week 3 challenge I saw that there was a black border on the top and bottom of the screen. You can’t get rid of it and it gets in the way of the text box and choices for ask blocks. It also covers more drawing space. Anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it? Thanks in Advance!
Perhaps it is letterboxed because the background image is of a different resolution? If you think it is something else, we can take a look if you post the project screenshot.
This is happening because the Stage dimensions on your original project may not match with the iPad. You just have to setup the width and height to 1024 by 768 for example, and then you will not see the letter boxes.
You can do this on Tynker Workshop by clicking the Settings Gear icon for your Stage Actor and setting the option here:
