Redeemed annual gift subscription not linked to account

I bought an annual Tynker subscription gift that has now been redeemed. However the subscription has not been linked to the child or parent account.

Please improve technical support with online chat.

If not resolved with in 24 hours will have to report to Consumer Affairs for false and misleading advertising.

Did you get a resolution for this? I’m having a similar issue.
