Attempting to cancel our subscription before an automatic renewal. Attempts to remove my linked child accounts return a modal that says “success”, but the child accounts are still there. Clicking “manage” under each child account brings up a single option, which is to upgrade to a lifetime account. This is absurd.
Are you not seeing the Cancel option when you manage your child’s Settings? If there is an issue there, please send an email to support and they should be able to cancel immediately, and also look into why that option is not there for you.
