I have issue with my browser and I paid the subscription fee twice. I have been asking for help to get a refund but no on respond to me (I only get the auto reply from the helpdesk software but never get a real human support to approach me). Can anyway share me a way to get hold of them? I am losting patience and am thinking to file a dispute…

Says 77435 is the ticket number.
Issue is that we have full access on the iPad app logging in with this email address, but logging in online it does not show the membership. I bought the membership through the iPad/iTunes which has an an email shawnceet@hotmail.com associated. I then tried to create another account hoping maybe it would sync with my apple email(Hotmail) and no luck.
