In iPad App no sound on speakers

Hello,

I am new to Tynker. I installed it because my daughter has interest in programming. But I am facing a problem when running on my iPad. Sounds are not redirected to the built-in speakers. Only if I use my bluetooth headset I can hear sounds. I already pushed the button “Enable Sound” and put the max volume, but I get nothing from the speakers. What should I do? Is it a known bug?
