Duplicate students after Google Sync

I’m seeing duplicate student accounts after running Sync Classroom from Tynker.

We have two domains and initially Tynker pulled through the primary domain users accounts but has now pulled through the aliased domain users, resulting in duplicates of each users.

I see that I can manually select all the duplicates and delete them but how do o prevent this issue from recurring every time I ‘Sync Classroom’.

FYI: we often enroll new students so I will likely need to sync frequently.
