My child sometimes completes all steps in a section, but his overview still shows progress at 0%, and he cannot move to the next lesson.
For example: I have sat and watched him step through all slides in “Star Runner > Review: Interactive Animation > Concepts”. After watching all 3 sets of slides, it just returns to the main menu of this lesson… it’s unclear what to do next, and if returning to the Dashboard, it shows his progress as 0%.
He’s getting quite frustrated, and I’m at a loss to help him!
