Could someone please explain to me how the various components of Concept Mastery are assessed. For example how are differing values for beginner, intermediate after a topic is completed are assigned?

Since the curriculum is scaffolded, the same concept may appear in several Tynker lessons. If a student completes a lesson that uses “Counting loops”, - i.e. goes through the lesson, solves the puzzle, completes the DIY projects and take a quiz, they get assessed based on their performance across all those activities. A student’s mastery in “Counting Loops” improves as they complete more lessons where loops are used.
