Adding new admin

I am the asst. principal of a middle school currently using Tynker. I am listed as a teacher and not an admin so I can’t add a new teacher to our subscription. Is it possible to be added as an admin?

Admins cannot add other admins. You have to email support@tynker.com and request this.
